Our office received a call from a concerned resident about raccoons along Morning Star Road that may carry diseases dangerous to dogs. Our office has had lengthy conversations with Ohio Department of Natural Resources and we've been assured that this is not abnormal, but rather very common in raccoons. Please remember that it is never safe to handle wildlife and use caution if you should see a raccoon.
